Throughout my HR career, I've guided employees, leaders, and organizations through everything from company culture and performance challenges to team building and professional growth. Now, I’m channeling my passion for helping leaders shape environments where employees feel supported, motivated, and set up for success into Leading in Real Life to create practical, accessible resources for leaders eager to grow.
